A guide to care questions / Money desk

What would I be paying for?

Ask for the whole charge in writing. A headline fee is hard to judge without knowing what it includes.

A written quote, itemised charges and exit terms

This guide gives no price for a visit, tests or a product offer. Ask for each charge and the full total in writing.

The approval check on 30 September 2026 found no approved TB-500 product.

So there was no published price from an approved TB-500 drug maker or government price program to quote.

That missing price does not tell you what a service would charge. Use the questions below to get your own written quote.

Check the dated product rules

Separate the items in a quote

  • What is the assessment fee?
  • Are tests included, and what would they add?
  • Is follow-up included or charged again?
  • Is there a repeat membership charge?
  • What is the total before I agree?

Ask for item names and terms as well as a total. Keep the quote so a later bill can be compared with it.

Read the exit terms before paying

  • What happens if the clinician declines the requested treatment?
  • Can I pay for an assessment without accepting a product?
  • How do I stop a repeat charge?
  • What is refundable, and under which terms?

Ask for written terms for each answer. If the response stays vague, keep the decision open.

Ask the coverage questions separately
